TAI CHI SEMINAR WITH MASTER DROUGAS

At the beautifull place of Plataria Beach Hotel on suturday 2 July  members from Hgoumenitsa and Corfu Island attained the basic Tai Chi Chuan indroduction Seminar with Master Bill Drougas (Cheng Dao)
A very beautifull view to the sea with crystall water made all members to feel like the crystall sea water.
This is the begining of a new group Tai Chi Chuan in the west Greece. Congratulations to all the participants for their fast learning. The beautifull place under the olive trees made our internal energy to be great.After the seminar the clear water of the see waited us for a very nice swim.

THE WORLD TAI CHI DAY IN ARTA ORGANIZED BY MASTER BILL DROUGAS
Over 200 people participated and practicied tai chi chuan

 

Στις 9 Απριλίου 2016 έγινε το δεύτερο Σεμινάριο Qi Gong ''Ροή της Εσωτερικής Ενέργειας'' στην Άρτα,υπό την καθοδήγηση του Dr Βασίλη Δρούγα,13th Generation Chen Tai Chi Chuan. Στο σεμινάριο Διδάχθηκαν ασκήσεις ενεργοποίησης της Σπονδυλικής Στήλης, των Νεφρών, της Σπλήνας και του Στομάχου, επίσης εξισορρόπησης της εσωτερικής ενέργειας. Ραντεβού στο επόμενο με την "Μπάλλα του Tai Chi Chuan" που σχετίζεται με τη διαχείριση και την ενίσχυση της εσωτερικής δύναμης με ασκήσεις και τεχνικές 2000 χρόνων.
